Stat Staining System
Kit system used for animal and human tissue staining. These stains are used in Immunohistochemistry for immunohistochemical staining used in diagnosis and treatment of cancer. STAT-Q Multivalent Linking antibodies are also available for staining both MOUSE & RABBIT primary antibodies.

Histo Stat Staining System
One step better than stat staining system. Non-Biotin & Non-strepavidin system developed for Wash Free, Background Free, Pre-treatment Free immunostaining in 50 minutes. It takes lesser time and reactions steps for staining as compared to stat system. Applications are similar, used for immunohistochemical staining.

Background Buster
One of the main difficulties with IHC staining is overcoming specific or non-specific background. Optimization of fixation methods and times, pre-treatment with blocking agents, incubating antibodies with high salt, and optimizing post-antibody wash buffers and wash times are all important for obtaining high quality immunostaining. In addition, the presence of positive controls and negative controls for staining are essential for determining specificity.

Chromogens is regarded as pigmented or pigment generating organ, organelle or microorganism. Liquid generating AEC and DaB systems for staining of chromogens.A biotinylated secondary antibody is coupled with streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase enzyme. This is reacted with 3,3'-Diaminobenzidine (DAB) to produce a brown staining wherever primary and secondary antibodies are attached in a process known as DAB staining.

Permanent Mounting Media
permanent mounting of immunostains and special stains from water. Permanently preserves AEC, DAB, Fast Red and other immuno stains.
H&E system haematoxylin and eosin stain is a popular staining method in histology. It is the most widely used stain in medical diagnosis; for example when a pathologist looks at a biopsy of a suspected cancer, the histological section is likely to be stained with H&E. “H&E Mount” is a unique, permanent mounting media designed for H&E stains from water or alcohol H&E stained slides mounted with “H&E Mount” do not display any loss of eosin or hematoxylin staining that is often observed when H&E slides are mounted from xylene.
Probe Mount Probe Mount is a permanent mounting media formulated for mounting and preserving immunofluorescence and in-situ stains counterstained with Nuclear Fast Red and also for Special Stain. Counterstaining with Nuclear-Fast Red is commonly practiced when staining for DNA or RNA probes for contrasted viewing. Mounting of specimens counterstained or stained with Nuclear Fast Red require mounting with PROBE MOUNT.
