For applications like screening, large numbers of peptides are needed but only in small amounts around 1 – 5 µmol. We have developed the “Tip Synthesis” system for the SYRO. The system made up of three module synthesis module, split- off module and conditioning module.

Multiple Semi-automatic Peptide Synthesizer SAM

The semi-automatic synthesizer SAM is conceived for the multiple synthesis of peptides.

A U-type reaction block with 24 x 2ml/5ml or 10ml reactors.

The resin scale can be varied from 5 to 200 µmole. Seven different solvents and reagents can be pumped into the reaction flask via an eight-way valve.

The Semi-automatic Synthesis System SAS

The semi-automatic synthesis system SAS was specially developed for the requirements of combinatorial synthesis in the solid phase.

The temperature range lies between -60°C (-30°C depending in cooler type) and 150°C.

The simultaneous distribution of solvents and reagents is done through a dosing plate.
